One year ago, during the Prodi government, the draft Law Levi threatened to transform our freedom of speech in press. Moreover, the maneuver was echoed by international press, to the point that the TimesOnLine badly stamped the proposal.

One year later Levi we always try again! Punto Informatico has discovered that the proposed law, once amended, was resubmitted to the Parliament with number 1269.

Now, it is very disagreeable, especially to see the determination with which politicians seek to pursue their goals, there is probably only the desire to have weapons against those who discuss on the network, but perhaps also lobbying interests that are difficult to see.

New Finance, new incentives for environmentally friendly cars! For several years repeats the same story: with the law passed a few financial incentives for scrapping old cars and not environmentally friendly cars and the purchase of new or conversion of petrol cars in methane or LPG.
For a car the environmental cost is not only that of emissions when circulates, but:
  1. Environmental costs of production (materials, processes, transports, etc.);
  2. Environmental management costs (air emissions, oil, brakes, etc.);
  3. Final disposal costs.
The incentives for scrapping are increasingly driven cars and also invested relatively new, with a possible operational life that can be even several years. This policy is interwoven with the movement which blocks are subjected cars in big cities.
Among cars that are recognized as more environmentally friendly, so why subject to these blocks are those with power to methane and LPG. Even old car and converted to LPG is recognized ecological. Even for processing methane and LPG is paid a contribution. The transformation of old car in a methane and LPG together, in the calculation above, it is more convenient from an ecological point of view, because it reduces the environmental costs related to point 2 and a drastic cut in the annual environmental costs in paragraphs 1 and 3; the purchase of a new car, while reducing the weight of point 2, increases dramatically in points 1 and 3.
From my point of view, then, the fleet should be safeguarded as economic and environmental investment, and then should be encouraged conversion of the fleet, to the extent possible, to fuel a minor environmental impact, with a serious political incentive. Incentives provided, however, are absolutely ridiculous and inconsistent. Just think about the fact that the possession charge is reduced just a bit, while for a new car there is a total exemption for 2 or 3 years.
Therefore, the measures envisaged by our enlightened politicians seem:
  • Safeguard the interests of car manufacturers ;
  • Think that the world is made only by very congested city traffic.

Immediately to Vote? But cost 500 million euros, we are kidding?

One of the things that struck me since the fall of the government is that many politicians have filled the mouth of a sentence: “The Italians are asking us to return to the polls!

With everyone talking feel exactly the opposite!

The Italians were tired of going to vote and when they discovered that vote will cost approximately 500 million euros are also some nervous: in short, these politicians,really well paid, have no responsibility and no sense of responsibility! They play, take, make all their business and then … WE pay! 500 million euros? Would do well to save it!

And then what good are the elections? Especially with this electoral law does not serve the elections at all: you can not change the faces, you can only understand what the new balances, namely understand who won and who has lost a fraction percentage that may mean a Secretary or a ministry, in short, used to designate the distribution of shares in armchairs and powers!

Italy has no need of a new estate, but real and serious reforms that allow:

1 - spare sides of politics and the possibility that an outsider who has quality and can express ideas;

2 - to govern the country with an Executive which is not the Parliament;

3 - downsizing of the parties (the matter Cusumano is bleak: a parliamentarian is not free to express their thoughts, but must execute orders stables: almost comes from thinking about other forms of organization, but not lawful)

4 - consultations and conversations, including telephone politicians MUST be public, because they have to be accountable for what they do;

5 - incompatibility with any corporate office / Management Board. Not only for themselves but also for relatives and consanguineous until 7 first instance.
